Refund Policy

Effective date: September 9, 2025

1) Our commitment

At MIUGIFTS, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we’ll evaluate and fix it per our Returns & Refunds process.

2) Refund eligibility

  • Refunds apply to returns approved under our Return Policy.
  • Personalized / made-to-order items are final sale, except for manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or mismatches vs. the approved design.
  • Items must be returned in original condition/packaging where applicable.

3) How refunds work

  1. Contact us at sale@miugifts.com with your order ID, issue description, and clear photos/video (for defects/damage).
  2. If approved, you’ll receive RMA instructions (and a return label if applicable).
  3. After the return is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Banks/PayPal may need additional time to post funds.

No restocking fees apply.

4) Costs & responsibility

  • If the issue is our fault (defect/damage/wrong personalization), we provide a replacement or full refund, and we cover return shipping when a return is required.
  • For buyer’s-remorse returns on non-custom items, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping is non-refundable.

5) Non-refundable items

  • Personalized / made-to-order goods (except in approved defect/damage/mismatch cases).
  • Gift cards and final-sale markdowns.
  • Items showing use, installation, modification, or missing components.
  • Packages reported lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation.

6) Order cancellations

Email sale@miugifts.com immediately with your order ID. If production hasn’t started, we’ll cancel and refund. If production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds reflect the original purchase amount minus any shipping fees/discounts already applied, except where the error is ours (e.g., incorrect item sent).

7) Refund timing & follow-up

We’ll email you once your refund is approved and processed. If you haven’t received funds 15 business days after our confirmation, contact your bank/PayPal and then email sale@miugifts.com for assistance.

8) EU consumer rights (reference)

For non-custom items shipped into the EU, the 14-day cooling-off right may apply. See our Return Policy for details. Personalized goods are excluded.
