Return Policy

Effective date: September 9, 2025

1) Overview

We have a 30-day return window for eligible items, starting on the day your order is marked as delivered.

• Personalized / made-to-order items: Final sale and non-returnable, except for manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or mismatches vs. the approved design.
• Non-custom items (if any): returnable within 30 days when unused, in original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase.

2) How to start a return (RMA)

1. Email sale@miugifts.com within the applicable window and include: order ID, issue description, and clear photos/video.
2. If approved, we’ll issue RMA instructions and (when applicable) a return label.
3. Ship the item back within 10 days after RMA approval using the provided instructions.

Packages sent without RMA approval may be refused.

3) Return address (Fulfillment & Returns)

Do not send returns to the US registered office. It is administrative only:

4) Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate and make it right (rework, replacement, or reshipment; a return may be requested in some cases).

5) Exceptions / non-returnable items

• Personalized / made-to-order products (except defects/damage/mismatch as above).
• Gift cards and final-sale markdowns.
• Items not in original condition, missing parts, or outside the return window.

6) Exchanges

For fastest service, place a new order for the item you want after your return is approved.

7) Costs & responsibility

• If the issue is our fault (manufacturing defect, shipping damage, wrong personalization), we cover replacement or a full refund (including return shipping if a return is required).
• For buyer’s-remorse returns on non-custom items, the buyer is responsible for return shipping; original shipping is non-refundable.

8) European Union 14-day cooling-off

For orders shipped into the EU, consumers may cancel and return non-custom items within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. This right does not apply to personalized/made-to-order goods.

9) Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect the return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
