Shipping policy

1) Overview

All orders are made to order and produced & shipped from Vietnam with tracking.

Registered Office (US LLC): 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA — administrative only; not a warehouse or return center.

2) Order processing time

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Same-day processing: orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+07:00) usually begin processing the same day.
  • Next-business-day processing: orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays.

3) Estimated shipping & delivery time

“Transit time” = carrier time after dispatch. “Total delivery time” = handling + transit.

*Estimates exclude customs delays and force majeure. Order cut-off (calendar date): 11:00 PM (GMT+07:00). Orders after that time are timestamped the next day.

4) Shipping costs

  • Free Shipping: United States & Vietnam.
  • International Shipping: calculated at checkout (flat rate applies for other destinations).

5) Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

6) Duties & taxes (international)

International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes collected by local customs. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

7) Delivery delays

Weather events, customs inspections, peak seasons, and carrier disruptions may cause delays. If your package is significantly delayed, email sale@miugifts.com and we’ll assist.

8) Order changes & address corrections

Email sale@miugifts.com as soon as possible if you need to change the shipping address. Changes are only possible before shipment and typically within 12 hours of purchase.

9) Lost or stolen packages

If a package is marked Delivered but missing, check with neighbors/household/building management, then contact the carrier. Reach out to us if you still need help.

10) Damaged or defective items

If your parcel arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund per policy.

11) Returns & exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Personalized items are final sale except for manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or mismatches vs. the approved design.

  • Refund processing: within 5 business days after we receive & inspect the return
